As many of you are aware, the affordable housing crisis is upon us… And it’s not a result of market failure but rather a government regulatory fiasco decades in the making… That’s why, today, I talk with Tobias Peter, Senior Fellow and Co-Director at the American Enterprise Institute’s Housing Center, about what led to this housing crisis and how we can solve the problem. Our once-functional housing market now faces shortages, sky-high rents, and inflated home prices due to misguided government interventions. Luxury housing keeps popping up but there aren’t enough buyers who can afford the price tag… And regulations making middle-priced homes too expensive for developers to build… Not to mention rent controls that also block development over the long term. As Tobias recommends, we need to focus more on middle-income housing… Building moderately priced townhomes instead of overpriced high-rises… And gradually adding housing over time if we want the market to function again. So, tune in today to learn how the affordable housing crisis came to be and what we can do to end it! Today, I'm spilling the beans on how I've leveled up my Instagram game without losing my mind running a business. Ever wondered how I churn out those videos while juggling everything else? Well, buckle up, 'cause I'm about to spill the tea. Instead of wasting time every day setting up cameras, I streamlined the process into a tight four-hour window. First, I brainstormed topics for an hour and then blocked out three hours for filming. I jazzed things up by changing outfits, making it look like I filmed on different days. During that session, I knocked out 33 videos, each with a killer hook in the first few seconds - positive and negative vibes included. Then, I handed off the footage to my team to work their magic, resulting in a whopping 66 videos! Now, if I post just one video a day, I'm set for two whole months. And guess what? It's paid off big time, with more engagement and calls booked than ever before. Interested in investing with Asym Capital? Check out our webinar. You need to intentionally hire a strong team that will hold you accountable and compliments your skills so you don’t waste your time and risk burn out. When it comes to building elite lead generation strategies, there’s one person who nailed his techniques… John Turley. He averaged $1M raised from a $5,000 investment… Raised $2.5M in one week from scratch… And made a 7-figure annual income from working one week a month… All by creating and implementing his unique strategies. John has only three strategies that he put to work to generate millions… Demographic targeting… Geographic targeting… And leveraging your time. So, tune in today to discover how you can implement these strategies to generate more leads than ever before!
